TEMPUS BUDGET TO BE FIXED
Experts of the Coordinating Bureau /CB/ of the EU’s Technical Assistance Programs in Azerbaijan consider perspectives and opportunities for implementation of TEMPUS projects within the frameworks of the TACIS’s indicative program of actions for 2004-2005.
The CB director noted the amount of funds allotted for realization of the TEMPUS program in the next two years would be depended on the experts’ opinions on the rate of the realization of ongoing projects. “TACIS’s indicative program of actions for 2004/2005 and worth €15-18 will be ultimately approved by the European Commission by late August 2004, and CB will fix the budget of TEMPUS projects in a couple of months”, said A. Alakbarov.
