® AccessBank once again supports women entrepreneurs through Access2Success
The Access2Success project brings women entrepreneurs together for the fifth time this year. Initiated by AccessBank and supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the program aims to expand women’s business knowledge, strengthen their management skills, and help them explore new opportunities in entrepreneurship.
This year, nearly 320 women entrepreneurs applied to participate in the project. Following the selection process, 50 applicants were selected to join the program. Throughout the training sessions, participants will enhance their knowledge and skills in the application of artificial intelligence in business, business management, leadership, sales strategies, marketing communications, design, financial literacy, and legal requirements. The program is delivered by experienced local experts.
Access2Success aims to strengthen the position of women entrepreneurs in the business environment, support the development of sustainable business models, and promote women’s leadership. The project also seeks to encourage greater economic participation among women and increase their representation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
First launched in 2022, the Access2Success program has welcomed more than 200 women entrepreneurs to date. Participants from various sectors, including consulting, tourism, education, healthcare, and others, have gained practical knowledge and skills to grow their businesses through an intensive six-week training program.
