AIREX 2026: Azerbaijan’s first international real estate exhibition kicks off in Baku
Baku, November 4, AZERTAC
Azerbaijan’s first specialized international real estate exhibition, AIREX 2026, has opened in Baku.
More than 60 local and international companies from Europe and Asia are participating in AIREX 2026, the 1st Azerbaijan International Real Estate Exhibition. The event is expected to attract 20,000 visitors.
Addressing the official opening ceremony, Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture, Rahman Hajiyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Garabagh Revival Fund, and Tural Aliyev, Chief Executive Officer of PASHA Property Management, highlighted the importance of the exhibition.
AIREX 2026 coincides with the declaration of 2026 as the "Year of Urban Planning and Architecture" in Azerbaijan. Against the backdrop of Baku's future development and the reconstruction of cities and villages in Garabagh and East Zangezur, the exhibition serves as a key platform to present projects implemented in Azerbaijan to a broader international audience.
Alongside Azerbaijan, participating countries include the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Türkiye, Georgia, and the Maldives. Prominent international participating companies include the UK's Berkeley Group and Chapman Taylor, the UAE's Modon, and Georgia's Silk Development.
The exhibition provides visitors with an excellent opportunity to explore local residential complexes while engaging directly with representatives of international projects under one roof.
AIREX’s business program is designed for industry professionals and students alike. Representatives of real estate agencies, architecture, design, construction, and technology sectors can meet potential partners to discuss prospective project collaborations.
The exhibition will feature five panel discussions, a summit, and a startup competition across three days.
On November 4, the primary focus of the business program was Azerbaijan's urban planning perspectives, where discussions centered on the country’s reconstruction experience and the planning of new settlements.
Furthermore, three panel discussions are scheduled for November 5. Experts will engage in discussions regarding the value brought by partnerships with international brands to residential projects, the development of master plans from the Caspian region to Central Asia, and the integration of living, working, and recreational spaces in new settlements.
The same day, the 3rd Sustainable Construction Summit, organized by PMD Projects, will take place.
On November 6, the agenda will focus on cooperation between banks, real estate firms, and technology companies. The "PropTech" startup competition, organized in partnership with SABAH.HUB, will showcase innovative technological solutions designed for the real estate sector.
The exhibition is organized by Baku Expo Management and PASHA Property Management, with strategic partnership from Times Consulting and support from several state agencies. The event is sponsored by PASHA Real Estate Group, Baku City Residences, Sea Breeze, PMD Group, Baku White City, and ABB.
The exhibition will remain open to visitors at the Baku Expo Center until November 6. Admission is free upon registration via register.airex.az/az or on-site at the venue entrance.
