WORKSHOP IN FRAME OF “ASSISTANCE TO WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEURSHIP” PROGRAM

The Independent Law Center has arranged a workshop within the frames of the OSCE-funded project “Assistance to Women’s entrepreneurship”. The conference was attended by representatives of embassies, OSCE’s Baku office and women-entrepreneurs operating in 10 provinces. The workshop was continued in the International Tourist Complex “Ganjlik” in Zagulba.

Representatives of international organizations, scientists and specialists taking part in the meeting updated on the work done towards the business activities of women. The meeting participants spoke of the role of women in poverty reduction, opening of working places, entrepreneurship development in provinces, legal bases of entrepreneurship etc.

The workshop resulted in establishment of Coordinating Council consisted of women operating their business in Baku and provinces.
