VOTING IN PENITENTIARY INSTITUTIONS

On October 6, millions of constituencies go to the polling stations to vote for their candidates in parliamentary elections of Azerbaijan. All the conditions have been created for conducting free and fair elections in Azerbaijan according to the Decrees of President Ilham Aliyev on 11 May and 25 October. In the penitentiary facility #12, the polling station of Garadag, Yasamal, and Binagadi constituency commissions have been opened. Some 50 voters of 578 registered have already voted for their candidates. The voting process is closely watched by observers from Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

No violations and irregularities registered.
