OFFICIAL KIEV ABOUT GUAM”S FUTURE STATUS

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine supposes on the status of the international organization for GUAM, where, as is known, enter Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova, at the forthcoming summit in Ukraine in 2006.

For creation of the international organization, the deputy foreign minister Andrey Veselovsky said it is necessary creation of laws, technical and organizational preparation.

As he said, such work was actively conducted recently.

The diplomat has noted, that in February 2006, the meeting of experts is expected in Tbilisi and Baku, which should complete this process.

The next summit of GUAM will take place in 2006 under presidency of Ukraine, probably, creation of the international organization will be proclaimed in this summit.
