NGOs SATISFIED WITH COURSE OF ELECTIONS

Observers of the Presidential elections in Azerbaijan - representatives of 5 non-governmental organizations (NGO) - League of Independent Journalists-Researchers, Union of Young Turkish Writers, Public Association of the Alumni of Turkish Universities, Assembly of young members of the “Veten” Party, and Human Rights and Information Propaganda Center, held at the International press Center a news conference.

They informed that they were eyewitnesses of high activeness of the electors during the voting and that they have observed the election process in 50 election points and 13 election districts of Baku and Absheron peninsula.

Noting that the elections passed in a democratic and transparent atmosphere, representatives of NOGs underlined that there was no breach of law or irregularities.

Participants of the news conference also responded media representatives.
