NEW EDUCATION PROGRAM PREPARED
To reach complex solution to the problems existing in the field of education, a new 5-year development program has been prepared. Lack of teaching personnel, modern textbooks, manuals and equipment has caused serious problems in this area, Minister of Education of Azerbaijan Misir Mardanov said. According to him, the relevant study shows e.g. the lack of 7 thousand teachers, whereas 5 thousands professional teachers are involved in other fields, and such problems may be solved in a complex manner only.
To this end, specialists of the Ministry have prepared the 5-year program. After the document is widely discussed, it will be submitted to the President of Azerbaijan.
