FRENCH SCIENTIST DELIVER LECTURES

As was informed, the French writer, head of the independent foreign languages teaching department of Paris Publishing House “L. Harmattan”, Michel Malerb delivers lectures at Baku Slavonic University.

The next lecture on the topic «Secular state and specificity of Islam in France» roused high interest of the visitors. Large experience of the work in Islamic countries let author come to conclusion that culture plays fundamental role in that issue.

It should be noted that M. Malerb makes large contribution in teaching of languages and culture of several Moslem countries; 83 books were published under his leadership, among of which- teach-yourself books of Turkic, Iranian and other languages.

In conclusion, lecturer answered the questions.
