CEC’s ORDER MADE PUBLIC
In accordance with the articles 28.2 and 54.9 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan Republic has issued an order on Rejection of the candidacy of Sayadov Sayad Sayad oglu nominated by the United Communist Party of Azerbaijan for the post of the President of Azerbaijan Republic in the upcoming Presidential elections.
The order states that the decision was made in view of violation of the law in relation to term and procedure of submission of the documents to the Central Election Commission.
