AT MILLI MAJLIS COMMISSIONS
Regular sitting of the Milli Majlis economic policy permanent commission discussed the issue on amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On state assistance to small entrepreneurship”. It was noted that the offered amendments are connected with the definition of limits of the small and medium entrepreneurship. Thus, the enterprise with a staff of over 50 people and with the 1,5 billion manat annual profit will be considered medium enterprise. The enterprise with a staff of less than 50 people and with annual profit less than 1,5 billion manat will be considered small enterprise.
Also disused was the issue of writing off the arrears of the enterprises to be privatized according to the “II State Program of privatization of state property in Azerbaijan Republic”. It was offered to prolong the period for writing off the arrears.
Another issues connected with amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic on privatization of the apartment fund in Azerbaijan Republic were also focused. The Drafts will be submitted for consideration at the Parliament. First deputy speaker Arif Rahimzade attended the gathering.
