ANDREAS GROSS IN SUMGAIT

Over 3 thousand of observers from the Democratic Election Center (DEC) are participating at the 15 October presidential elections in Azerbaijan.

According to the provided information, voting process in Sumgait, Baku, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Shamkir and Barda regions goes in compliance with the law.

Along with the DEC representatives-observers, the international observer Andreas Gross is also participating at the voting process in the 28th election point of the 41st Sumgait first election district.
